Furniture

Furniture making stopped when, after A Level woodwork, I left school in 1965.

My passion was re-ignited in 2016 when I met my new teacher Stuart Giles. Stuart has been so generous with his time, sharing his fine woodworking and engineering skills, helping me make furniture and set up my own workshop in Ledbury.

Music Stand for Grand Piano

Bedside Cabinets.

Pair of Oak Bedside Tables.

A pair of European oak bedside tables with slatted bookshelf. Finish with Osmo Oil.

American Ash Dresser

A simple two drawer kitchen dresser finished in oil and Renaissance Wax. The drawers are handle less with pressure opening fittings.

Workbench

My first project was the workbench. Built in beech, the drawers underneath the top were produced using recycled school cabinets retrieved from a skip.
